Nephcentric only accepts returns on unopened, properly stored items that have been purchased within 30 days.  An item that is properly stored has been stored in a cool area out of direct sunlight , has not been stained, altered or disturbed in any way.  Instructions on how to return a product are on the packing slip that was with the shipment you received.
